目的:了解老年人对健康管理服务的需求以及利用现状,为政府及社区卫生服务中心发展老年人健康管理提供依据。方法采用分层多阶抽样,在浙江省按经济社会发展情况,抽取6个区/县,自行设计调查问卷对样本地区老年人进行调查。结果被调查老年人中至少患有一种慢性病的人数为734人(86.0%);年龄、吸烟、饮酒与慢性病患病率之间的关系有统计学意义(P<0.05)。老年人健康管理服务完全知晓率为22.2%,定期体检是老年人最希望接受的健康管理服务。预防保健类服务的利用率为85.2%,健康管理服务的满意度为64.5%。结论老年人健康管理服务需求利用率较为平衡,但相关政策知晓率低,服务满意度较低。

Objective To understand the needs of health management service by elderly people so as to develop appropriate measures for the community health service centers to provide desirable health management service for the elderly people. Method A stratified multi-stage sampling method and a self-designated questionnaire were used to survey the elderly people from six districts /counties based on the economic and social development conditions in Zhejiang province.Findings The number of senile people suffering one chronic disease at least was 734(86.0%).Age, smoking, alcohol consumption were found to be correlated to the prevalence of chronic diseases ( P <0.05 ) .The rate of full awareness of the health management service among the elderly was only 22.2%.Regular physical examination is the most desirable management service by the elderly people.The rate of utilization of preventive health service was 85.2%.Health management service satisfaction rate was 64.5%.Conclusion The needs and utilization of health management service are relatively balanced. However, the rate of full awareness of relevant policies and the rate of satisfaction of service remain low.
