在打造中国经济"升级版"和"十三五"规划启动的大背景下,以新常态的视角和思路审视中国餐饮业的发展,结合餐饮业发展的时代特征和行业特色,以餐饮业增长性为研究对象,用比重分析法和对比分析法剖析餐饮业增长性的"常态"与"新常态",提出应着眼于餐饮业增长的潜力、质量和源动力来谋划"十三五"规划的顶层设计.

In the national context to launch the Thirteen-five Planning and an upgraded version of the Chinese economy, the article examines the development of Chinese catering industry from the perspective of New Nor-mal.Taking into consideration the time features and the industrial characteristics of catering industry , the arti-cle studies growth of the trade and examines its "normality"and"new normality" by ratio analysis method and contrastive analysis method.It is suggested that catering industry should set its sights on the potential , quality and source motivation of its growth for the top-level design.
