按照文献方法,制备了2,6-二氨基-3,5-二硝基吡啶-1-氧化物(ANPyO)Ni(II)和 Cu(II)两种含能配合物,用激光粒度测试仪及 GJB772A-97法测试了粒度和感度,用密闭爆发器分别测试了含 ANPyO Ni(II)和 Cu(II)配合物发射药的燃烧性能,用靶线法测试了含两种配合物双基推进剂的燃烧催化性能。研究了两种配合物在双基发射药、三基发射药和双基推进剂中的燃烧作用。结果表明,ANPyO Ni(II)和 Cu(II)两种配合物粒度都为微米级,爆速大于8200 m/s,爆压大于32 GPa,优于 TATB、HNS 和 PYX;两种含能配合物能够提高双基发射药的燃速,使其压强指数分别降低7.61%和3.29%,对双基发射药的燃烧性能具有明显的促进效果;ANPyO Cu(II)配合物使双基推进剂在10~20 MPa 下燃速提高20%,压强指数降低17.78%~55.84%,对双基推进剂的燃烧性能具有良好的催化效果。

Two energetic Ni(II)and Cu(II)complexes of 2,6-diamino-3,5-dinitropyridine-1-oxide (ANPyO)were synthesized according to the method of literature.The particle size and detonation performance were tested by laser particle size analyzer and GJB772A-97 method.Combustion properties of gun propellants and propellants with AN-PyO Ni(II)and Cu(II)complexes were tested using the closed bomb test and target line method,respectively.The combustion catalysis of two complexes in double-base gun propellants,triple-base gun propellants and double-base propellants were studied.Results show that the particle sizes of two complexes are micron level and their detonation velocities are more than 8 200 m/s and detonation pressures are greater than 32 GPa ,which are better than those of TATB、HNS and PYX.The Ni(II)complex and Cu(II)complex have evident catalytic effects on the combustion of double-base gun propellants and make the burning rate of two kinds of energetic complexes increase and the pressure exponent decrease by 7.61 % and 3.29%,respectively.The Cu(II)complex has significant effects on the combustion of double-base propellants,which makes the burning rate increase by 20% and the pressure exponent decrease by 17.78%-55.84% in the pressure range of 10-20 MPa.
