为探讨不同添加剂对沙打旺?(Erect?milkvetch)?青贮品质的影响,采用完全随机设计方法,设对照组?(CK)、丙酸钠?(SP:0.1%)、乳酸菌?(LP:5×105U/g)、纤维素酶?(CEL:0.0015%)、乳酸菌+纤维素酶?(LP:5×105U/g;CEL:0.0015%)、乳酸菌+丙酸钠?(LP:5×105U/g;SP:0.1%)和纤维素酶+丙酸钠?(CEL:0.0015%;SP:0.1%)7个处理,经青贮45日后开启测定青贮发酵品质和化学成分.结果表明,沙打旺直接青贮未能获得较好效果;添加剂可以改善沙打旺的青贮品质;乳酸菌和纤维素酶混合添加青贮效果最好.

The objective of this experiment was to determine the ensiling characteristics of erect milkvetch (Astragalus adsurgens Pall.) treated with different additives. According to random design, there were 7 treatments including control (CK), sodium propionate (SP: 0.1%), Lactobacillus plantarum (LP: 5×105U/g), Cellulase (CEL : 0.0015%) , Lactobacillus plantarum + cellulase (LP: 5×105U/g; CEL: 0.0015%), Lactobacillus plantarum + sodium propionate (LP: 5×105U/g; SP: 0.1%) and cellulase+ sodium propionate (CEL: 0.0015%; SP: 0.1%). The fermentation quality and nutrient contents of treatments were determined after ensiling for 45 days. Results showed that it was dififcult to produce high quality erect milkvetch silages without additives. Biological additives can improve the quality of silage erect milkvetch. Lactic acid bacteria combined with cellulase could be an efifcient strategy to improve the fermentation quality of silage erect milkvetch.
