目的:观察辽宁地区2型糖尿病患者FoxO3a基因rs2253310位点多态性,探讨rs2253310多态性与2型糖尿病的相关性。方法纳入2型糖尿病患者374例(病例组),非糖尿病健康志愿者283例(对照组)。检测并比较两组FoxO3a基因rs2253310单核苷酸多态性。测算不同rs2253310基因型患者的BMI,测量收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、空腹血糖(FBG)。结果病例组BMI、SBP、DBP、FBG高于对照组(P均<0.05)。两组FoxO3a基因rs2253310基因型GG纯合子为主,等位基因以G基因为主;病例组rs2253310位点G等位基因频率为73.4%、GG基因型频率为54.01%,对照组分别为74.56%、55.12%,两组相比,P均>0.05。病例组中不同rs2253310基因型患者BMI、SBP、DBP、FBG差异无统计学意义。结论 FoxO3a基因rs2253310位点多态性与2型糖尿病无相关性。

Objective To observe the gene polymorphisms of rs 2253310 in FoxO3a of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Liaoning , and to investigate the relationship between the gene polymorphism of rs 2253310 and type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods The single nucleotides polymorphism of rs 2253310 in FoxO3a of 374 cases of patients with type 2 dia-betes mellitus ( experimental group ) were detected and 283 cases of control subjects without diabetes ( control group ) .We measured the body mass index (BMI), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and fasting blood glucose (FBG) of different rs2253310 genotypes in patients.Results BMI, SBP, DBP and FBG in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (all P<0.05).The homozygous genotype GG was the most genotype and G gene was the most allele in FoxO 3a gene rs2253310 of the two groups .The G allele frequency and the GG genotype frequency in the experimental group were 73.4%and 54.01%, while in the control group they were 74.56%and 55.12%; there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (all P >0.05).In the experimental group, there was no statistically significant difference in BMI , SBP, DBP and FBG in the different genotypes of rs 2253310 . Conclusion The single nucleotide polymorphisms of rs 2253310 in FoxO3a was not associated with type 2 diabetes melli-tus.
