为了实现稀土灼烧工业生产的自动化,设计了基于西门子S7-300 PLC的九路灼烧窑推舟式加料机构控制系统.系统以威纶触摸屏为人机交互,以PLC为运动的控制核心,集成了温度检测等功能,可以实现稀土灼烧过程的自动生产与监控.
為瞭實現稀土灼燒工業生產的自動化,設計瞭基于西門子S7-300 PLC的九路灼燒窯推舟式加料機構控製繫統.繫統以威綸觸摸屏為人機交互,以PLC為運動的控製覈心,集成瞭溫度檢測等功能,可以實現稀土灼燒過程的自動生產與鑑控.

In order to automate the industrial production of Eare earth Burning,a control system for pusher type of nine way feeding of Burning kiln is designed,which is based on S7-300 PLC.Weinview touch screen is applied as human com-puter interaction interface.PLC as motion control er and the function of temperature detection is also integrated.They can re-alize the automatic production and control of burning process of Eare earth.
