以换锦花( Lycoris sprengeri)种子为试材,观察了其种子的形态特征及测定了种子的千粒重、含水量、种子生活力、发芽特性等种子生物学特征,并对其种子的贮藏最佳条件进行研究。结果表明：换锦花果实为蒴果,种子大小差异较大,种子长度为3.14~7.16 mm；宽度为3.08~7.08 mm；厚度为2.12~6.20 mm。种子多数为桔瓣形,约有62%；少数为球形。鲜种子千粒重为180.1 g,平均含水量为64.86%,平均生活力为83.33%。4℃湿沙、4℃和-80℃冰箱中贮藏都可以保持种子的生活力。

Lycoris sprengeri seeds were used as experimental material. The morpholgical characteristics of the seeds were observed and the biological characteristics including 1000 -seed weight, water content, viability, germination characteristics were studied. In addition, the appropriate storage characteristics of Lycoris sprengeri seeds were explored. The result indicated that the fruits were capsule, the size of the seeds was different:the length of the seeds ranged from 3. 14 to 7. 16 mm, the width of the seeds ranged from 3. 08 to 7. 08 mm, the thickness of the seeds ranged from 2. 12 to 6. 20 mm. The orange segment-shaped seeds accounted for 62% of the seeds;a few of the seeds were spherical. 1000-seed weight was 180. 1 g, water content was 64. 86%, viability was 83. 33%. 4 ℃ wet sand storage, 4 ℃ and -80 ℃condition can keep the seed viability.
