设计了一个基于AVE ATmega64单片机的自动下料机系统.系统通过MAX232串口实时接收电子称回传的重量数据,比对设置的下料重量,当达到设置的重量时,关闭该下料口的继电器,同时控制电机伺服移动到下一个下料口,当最后一个下料口下料结束后,系统控制电机回转至起始位置.系统通过无线控制器模块有效的解决了转动带多次运作后的皮带迟滞现象.电机驱动芯片采用26LS32,上位机用VC++6.0编写.

The automatic laying-off machine system is designed based on ATmega64 microcontrol er in this paper. Through MAX232 serial real-time receiving electronic rebound,according to the data of the weight,the system compares the material weight which we set of.When it get to the set weight,close the relay.At the same time,move motor servo feed opening to the next.When the last feed opening after blanking,the system set motor back to the starting position.By using wireless control er module,the system effectively solves the problem which the delays when rotation working repeatedly.Motor driver chip is 26 ls32,PC written by VC++ 6.0.
