全面分析了西安地区大型商场的可持续性影响因素,针对运营阶段,确定了描述西安地区大型商场共39个指标的可持续性评价体系;将因子分析法(Factor Analysis)与层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)确定出的权重相结合,利用多项式法制定出指标复合权重;最后利用判别分析法对具体建筑评价,验证模型.该权重制定方法能够对大型商场进行科学、准确地评价.

This paper analyzes the factors on sustainability of the large shopping mal s in xi'an region.In view of the op-eration phase,determine 39 indexes of the sustainability evaluation system to describes the shopping mal s in xi'an region, and combine the weights determined by FA (Factor Analysis) and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process),composite weights are set by polynomial method;Final y,using discriminate analysis method to evaluate a shopping mal s.
