研制的智能气压阀门定位控制系统是基于ATmega16A低功耗微控制处理器为核心的总体设计,以设计要求为中心,进行硬件系统以及软件的设计.该系统具有4~20mA信号输出,4~20mA输入控制,阀位反馈显示,系统外挂的硬件的故障提示,气动阀门定位系统的风险预警提示.

The intel igent pressure valve position control system developed by this paper is based on ATmega16A overal design of low power consumption micro control processor as the core,with the design requirements as the center,the design of the hardware system and software.4~20mA output signal,the system has 4~20mA input control,valve position feedback,ac-cording to a system of external hardware fault tips,pneumatic valve positioning system risk early-warning prompt.
