动商是继智商和情商之后,提出的又一个评价个体能力的术语. 智商、情商和动商就像三角形的三条边,缺任何一边都无法稳定地相互支撑. 在造就人才方面,也是相辅相成的. 本文综合运用文献资料法、归纳法、逻辑分析法,试图将动商理论融入智商、情商理论,建构一个三商一体的全人发展理论,以此作为动商研究的元理论,促进跨学科的理论、实证和应用研究,为培养全面人才奠定理论基础.

Following intelligence quotient( IQ) and emotion quotient ( EQ) , motor quotient ( MQ) is proposed to evaluate an in-dividual' s physique.IQ, EQ and MQ function like three essential sides of a triangle to form a stable mutual support.They also play a mutually supplementary role in intellect cultivation.By comprehensively applying document review, induction, and logical analysis, this paper tries to integrate MQ theory with IQ and EQ theories, so as to construct a three-in-one whole-person de-velopment model.Also, it proposes a meta-theory of MQ research to promote interdisciplinary studies in term of theory construc-tion, empirical research and application, and to build a comprehensive theoretical basis for all-round intellectual cultivation.
