After the 18th national congress of CPC, the leaders of CPC and PRC had visited to colleges repeatedly. They focused on development of the youth, concerned about the growth of youth and guided the work of the youth. The 17th National Congress of the Cen-tral Communist Youth League have convened, which indicated the direction of building Universities from grassroots organization nowadays and points out the key work. The grassroots organization university must agglomerate the strength of the youth, win and rely on the majority of young people by young students working group.
