How to structure a reasonable knowledge structure is a main task for university personnel management.Based on analysing the main problems of the knowledge structure of University personnel management. this paper explores in great depth the problem that how to optimize its structure . So this paper puts forward the following methods ,including deepening the reform of university personnel management staff system, structuring the curriculum system and teaching materials, establishing professional training institutions and teaching staff, building up more forms of study communication platform and other strategies and pathways.
