针对针阀体挤压研磨设计了一套控制系统.在分析了针阀体挤压研磨工作原理的基础上,利用可编程控制器(PLC)和WinCC完成控制系统的设计.PLC实现数据的采集和对底层设备的自动控制, WinCC开发上层人机界面,接收PLC传递的数据,监控底层设备的运行.整个控制系统运行良好,安全可靠.
針對針閥體擠壓研磨設計瞭一套控製繫統.在分析瞭針閥體擠壓研磨工作原理的基礎上,利用可編程控製器(PLC)和WinCC完成控製繫統的設計.PLC實現數據的採集和對底層設備的自動控製, WinCC開髮上層人機界麵,接收PLC傳遞的數據,鑑控底層設備的運行.整箇控製繫統運行良好,安全可靠.

A control system is designed for the injector nozzle grinding. On the analysis of the working principle of injector nozzle grinding, the design of the control system is completed by using PLC and WinCC. PLC collects the data and control the underlying equipment automatically. WinCC develops the human machine interface and receives the PLC data and monitors the running of under-lying equipment. The control system is running well, safe and reliable.
