混凝加药决定着出厂水的最明显的指标——浊度,而该过程具有非线性、时滞性等特点,因此,针对加药过程,提出了一种采用模糊控制策略来实现混凝剂投加的自动投药方法,以沉淀池出水浊度偏差作为输入变量,计量泵的频率作为输出变量,采用基于自调整规则因子模式控制算法来计算加药量,该方法同时根据误差及误差变化在线调整模糊控制规则,达到智能模糊控制加药量的效果.理论分析和仿真实验表明该方法比传统模糊控制算法具有更好的控制性能.

Coagulant dosing determines the finished water of the most obvious indicators-turbidity,and the process has nonlinear and time delay characteristics.Therefore,in view of dosing process,this paper presents a fuzzy control strategy to achieve the coagulant dosage automatic dosing system and the system to precipitate pond effluent turbidity deviation as in-put variables,metering pump frequency as output variables by based on self rule adjustment factor model control algorithm to calculate the dosage.The method according to the error and error change online adjusting fuzzy control rules to intel i-gent fuzzy control of dosage effect.Theoretical analysis and simulation experiments show that the proposed method has better control performance than the conventional fuzzy control algorithm.
