目的：探讨脑动脉瘤患者手术麻醉中神经保护的情况，以期更好治疗该疾病，提高临床诊治水平。方法选取102例脑动脉瘤患者为研究对象，均进行手术治疗，观察在麻醉中予神经保护药物对症处理后在插管后和临时夹放置前、临时夹放置后、拔管后1 min相关指标变化情况。结果插管后和临时夹放置前、临时夹放置后、拔管后1 min神经功能指标NSE、H2S、NGF、HR、SpO2、MAP、SBP、T比较差异均无统计学意义（P均＞0．05），两两比较差异均无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。麻醉后所有患者均手术成功，术后影像学检查脑动脉瘤消失，血流通畅，临床症状消失，并发症总发生率为15．68％。结论脑动脉瘤在麻醉过程中注重神经保护，有助于提高术后安全性和临床效果。
목적：탐토뇌동맥류환자수술마취중신경보호적정황，이기경호치료해질병，제고림상진치수평。방법선취102례뇌동맥류환자위연구대상，균진행수술치료，관찰재마취중여신경보호약물대증처리후재삽관후화림시협방치전、림시협방치후、발관후1 min상관지표변화정황。결과삽관후화림시협방치전、림시협방치후、발관후1 min신경공능지표NSE、H2S、NGF、HR、SpO2、MAP、SBP、T비교차이균무통계학의의（P균＞0．05），량량비교차이균무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。마취후소유환자균수술성공，술후영상학검사뇌동맥류소실，혈류통창，림상증상소실，병발증총발생솔위15．68％。결론뇌동맥류재마취과정중주중신경보호，유조우제고술후안전성화림상효과。
Objective To investigate the nerve protection in cerebral aneurysm surgery in anesthesia ,for better treatment and improving the clinical diagnosis .Methods 102 cases with cerebral aneurysm were given operation ,the relevant indicators af-ter intubation ,before temporary folder placed ,after the temporary folder and extubate for 1 min after nerve protection drugs expect-ant treatment in anesthesia were observed .Results The nerve indicators of NSE、H2 S、NGF、HR、SpO2、MAP、SBP、T after intu-bation,before temporary folder placed,after the temporary folder and extubater for 1 min had no significant difference(P>0.05), pairwise comparison had no significant difference (P>0.05).The operation were all succeed after anesthesia ,the cerebral aneu-rysm were all disappeared ,postoperative radiographic inspection ,blood flowing,the clinical symptoms disappeared ,the total inci-dence of complications was 15.68%.Conclusion Cerebral aneurysm in anesthesia should pay attention to nerve protection ,and it can improve the safety and clinical efficacy after surgery .
