目的：探讨双超声造影对胃癌术前T分期的准确性。方法对60例胃癌患者于术前进行双超声造影检查及对T分期进行术前评估，并与术后病理结果对照。结果术后胃癌标本60个，均为单发癌，其中T1期3例，T2期14例，T3期35例，T4期8例。双超声造影术前T分期评估的准确率为88．3％，其中T1、T2、T3、T4期的准确率分别为66．7％、85．7％、91．4％、87．5％。结论双超声造影对胃癌术前T分期评估具有较高的准确率，值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토쌍초성조영대위암술전T분기적준학성。방법대60례위암환자우술전진행쌍초성조영검사급대T분기진행술전평고，병여술후병리결과대조。결과술후위암표본60개，균위단발암，기중T1기3례，T2기14례，T3기35례，T4기8례。쌍초성조영술전T분기평고적준학솔위88．3％，기중T1、T2、T3、T4기적준학솔분별위66．7％、85．7％、91．4％、87．5％。결론쌍초성조영대위암술전T분기평고구유교고적준학솔，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the double contrast-enhanced ultrasound impact on the accuracy of the preoperative T staging of gastric cancer .Methods 60 cases of patients with gastric cancer was conducted in the preoperative double contrast -enhanced ultrasound examination and preoperative evaluation was carried out on the T stage , and compared with postoperative pathologic results.Results Postoperative gastric cancer specimens 60 cases were all single carcinoma,the T1 phase was 3 cases, T2 stage 14 cases,T3 stage 35 cases,T4 stage 8 cases.Double contrast-enhanced ultrasonography preoperative T staging evalua-tion accuracy was 88.3%,of which the T1,T2,T3,T4 accuracy were 66.7%,85.7%,91.4%and 85.7%,respectively.Conclu-sion Double ultrasound imaging in the evaluation of the preoperative T staging of gastric cancer has high accuracy ,and it is wor-thy of clinical popularization and application .
