为给枪榴弹机械触发引信性能优化设计提供参考,利用LS-DYNA软件仿真截锥形弹头不同端面直径的枪榴弹以不同着角侵彻不同厚度木质薄靶板过程,得到了弹丸头部在贯穿靶板过程中弹丸前冲过载系数和弹丸速度。结果表明:着角、弹头端面直径、靶板厚度不同时,弹丸侵彻过程中前冲过载系数变化和速度变化不同;弹丸最大前冲过载系数出现在弹丸垂直碰击靶板的初始时刻;弹丸速度在侵彻初始阶段衰减最快。在靶场射击试验考核引信触发作用灵敏度和钝感度时,应考虑弹丸着角、立靶姿态、靶板厚度和弹头端面直径等因素的影响。
為給鎗榴彈機械觸髮引信性能優化設計提供參攷,利用LS-DYNA軟件倣真截錐形彈頭不同耑麵直徑的鎗榴彈以不同著角侵徹不同厚度木質薄靶闆過程,得到瞭彈汍頭部在貫穿靶闆過程中彈汍前遲過載繫數和彈汍速度。結果錶明:著角、彈頭耑麵直徑、靶闆厚度不同時,彈汍侵徹過程中前遲過載繫數變化和速度變化不同;彈汍最大前遲過載繫數齣現在彈汍垂直踫擊靶闆的初始時刻;彈汍速度在侵徹初始階段衰減最快。在靶場射擊試驗攷覈引信觸髮作用靈敏度和鈍感度時,應攷慮彈汍著角、立靶姿態、靶闆厚度和彈頭耑麵直徑等因素的影響。

ln order to give a reference to optimal design of a rifle grenade mechanical contact fuze, LS-DYNA is used to simulate the process of rifle grenade penetrating target plate. The warhead of rifle grenade is truncated cone, and the diameter at the end of war-heads. the thickness of target plate and the angle of bul et penetrating target plate are al different. Through the simulation the set-for-ward overload factor and speed of rifle grenade at its warhead penetrating targets are got. Then the simulation results demonstrate that the change of set-forward overload factor and speed of rifle grenade is different on the different conditions of the penetration. ln the initial moment of penetrating the target plate vertical y, the set-forward overload factor is maximum, and the attenuation of speed is quickest. Assessing the fuze triggering sensitivity and insensitivity in shooting range, some factors should be considered, including penetrating angle, gesture and thickness of the target ,and diameter at the end of warheads.
