文章运用实验法、观察法等研究方法,研究健身气功八段锦对女大学生情绪稳定性的干预作用。结果显示:六个月的八段锦锻炼后,实验组和对照组的情绪稳定性均分呈显著性变化(P≤0.05)。实验组在实验前及三个月和六个月后的情绪较稳定人数百分比呈递增趋势,情绪不稳定人数百分比呈递减趋势。研究认为:八段锦“形神合一”的锻炼要求有利于消极情绪孤立于外,其低强度、长时间阈值下的特点能获得情绪效益最大化。长期进行健身气功八段锦锻炼,有利于平复女大学生情绪化,引导女大学生养成情绪稳定型的习惯,消除引起女大学生情绪不稳定的因素。

In this paper, the methods of experiment, observation are implemented to study the mood stability of female university students with Ba Duan Jin exercise. The result indicates that there were significant differences in two groups’ average grades of the mood stability after the exercise of Ba Duan Jin six months later. There was an increasing trend for Emotional stability after the exercise of Ba Duan Jin three months and six months later. There was a decreasing trend for emotional instability after the exercise of Ba Duan Jin three months and six months later. It is considered that a long-term exercise of Ba Duan Jin could eliminate negative emotions. It is beneficial to calm the emotion of female college students and guide them to F develop the habit of emotional stability and eliminate factors that cause female college students of emotional instability.
