由于工程机械整车模型庞大，螺栓一般处理为无预紧力的1d或3d单元。这样处理模型能够在一定程度上减少计算规模，但设计者无法较好地关注螺栓及连接板处的真实应力。建立了3种不同的螺栓及连接板CAE模型，模拟3种典型工况，对比研究其应力及分布情况，对螺栓的仿真分析有重要的参考价值。

Because of huge CAE model in simulation of engineering machine, 1d or 3d elements are used for bolts without preload in order to reduce the calculation scale in certain extent. Consequently, it is difficult to get the real stress of bolts and connecting plates comprehensively. This paper builds 3 types of CAE model for the bolts and connecting plates, simulates 3 kinds of typical conditions and compares the stress and distribution. lt is of important reference value for the bolts simulation.
