培训满意度评估是培训评估的重要组成部分,同时也是员工满意度测评中不可或缺的重要内容。本文以 A 单位为例,采用问卷调查的方式收集培训满意度数据,利用 SPSS20.0统计软件进行分析,得出影响培训满意度的5个主要因素,并针对这些不足之处提出相应策略,力求提高员工培训满意度,进而提高员工满意度,并为其他企事业单位员工培训工作提供借鉴。

Training satisfaction assessment is an important part of the training assessment,but also an important part of the e-valuation of employee satisfaction.Taking A unit as an example,this paper uses questionnaire to collect training satisfaction da-ta,uses statistical software SPSS 20.0 analysis.It is concluded that the five major factors affecting the training satisfaction with an aim at these deficiencies.It puts forward corresponding strategy,strives to improve staff training satisfaction and improve employee satisfaction,and finally provides reference for other enterprises,institutions and staff training.
