设计了一套应用于直升机桨叶地面热疲劳加载试验的加热及温度控制系统;阐述了加热组件和温度传感器的布置型式和位置;介绍了系统的总体设计方案;编制了基于协议宏的通信程序;以欧姆龙PLC为核心控制器,编制了系统的控制程序;设计了人机交互界面。系统采用集中安装,维护操作方便;系统运行效果良好,可以满足试验的要求。

This paper designs a heating and temperature control system used in thermal fatigue loading test on the ground for heli-copter blades, describes the arrangement of the type and location of the heating element and temperature sensor and the overal de-sign scheme of the system. lt also designs the communication program based on protocol macro, the system control program with Omron PLC as the core control er and the human-computer interaction interface. The centralized instal ation is adopted in this system. lt is convenient for use and maintenance. The system runs smoothly and meets the requirements of the test.
