This paper presents the filling grouting reinforcement technique which is a kind of pile end defects effectively processing technology. The technology is suitable for concrete segregation defects such as pile bottom reinforcement treatment. The key technology is uniform filling device of aggregate, the device can fill aggregate uniformly in the defect site. After high voltage static pressure grouting reinforcement, reinforcing body tightly combined with the pile, reinforcement strength is greatly improved, the construction process is simple without large construction machinery.
