月球样品密封封装装置在返回地面后进行解封、样品转移、样品存储、样品制备、样品分析等过程中，如果样品暴露于大气环境中将与大气反应。基于样品保护及防污染的需求，系统地介绍了在月球样品地面转移过程中采取的污染防护措施。同时，提出密封封装装置地面解封和分样设备的设计构想，分析计算污染防护设备的主要环境指标。

After the lunar sample sealing device comes back to the ground,the device must be unsealed;sample must be transferred,stored,prepared and analyzed. If lunar sample is exposed to the air during these procedures,lunar sample reacts with the atmosphere. For lunar sample protection and anti-pollution,this paper introduces the anti-pollution method during the whole process,presents the design idea about lunar sample unsealing and separating device and calculates the atmospheric index in anti-pollution device.
