目的：：评价经皮肾穿刺通道结合腔内电切治疗单纯性肾囊肿的疗效和安全性.方法：分析2013年2月~2014年10月12例经皮肾穿刺通道结合腔内电切治疗单纯性肾囊肿的临床资料.结果：12例患者均成功进行经皮肾穿刺电切术,无严重出血及脏器并发症,平均手术时间38(20~116)min,平均出血8(5~15)ml.随访11(8~20)个月,全部囊肿消失,无复发.结论：经皮肾穿刺通道结合腔内电切治疗单纯性肾囊肿安全有效.

Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of deroofing of simple renal cyst by percutaneous intra-cystic approach nephrolithotomy(PCNL).Methods:From February 201 1 to October 2014,deroofing of simple renal cyst by percutaneous intracystic approach was taken for 12 patients with simple cysts in renal.Results:The proce-dures were successfully completed in 12 patients No sever complications such as massive hemorrhage,injury of sur-rounding organs occrrrde in 12 patients.The mean operation time was 38 (20-1 1 6)min,The average bleeding vol-ume was 8 (5-1 5)mL,No cysts recurrence was found during an average of 1 5-mouth follow-up period.Conclusions:Deroofing of simple renal cyst by percutaneous intracystic approach nephrolithotomy(PCNL)is featured by short-term efficacy and safety.
