承钢公司长材事业二部120 t炼钢系统采用BOF→LF→CC工艺流程,通过控制碳、硅、硫含量,以及LF冶炼后的酸溶铝含量,减少连续浇铸过程中的二次氧化,成功冶炼CDCO3钢,解决了生产中硅含量超标、钢水可浇性差的问题,铸坯的低倍质量均满足用户要求。

In 120 t steelmaking system of No.2 Long-Materials Business Department of Cheng Steel, with BOF-LF-CC process flow, controlling contents of carbon, silicon and sulfur as well as content of acid-soluble aluminum after LF smelting, reducing the secondary oxide in continuous casting, CDCO3 steel is successfully smelted, the problems in production of silicon content being over standard and cast-ability be-ing bad solved, the macro quality of casting billet can meet demand of customers.
