针对承钢120 t复吹转炉底吹流量低、底吹砖寿命短、复吹率偏低等问题,采用快换底吹工艺,优化底吹流量。根据钢种终点碳含量与碳氧积参数,建立动态模型,实现底吹流量的动态控制,有效降低了渣中氧化铁含量、终点碳氧积,改善了底吹的冶金效果,提高了钢水质量。
針對承鋼120 t複吹轉爐底吹流量低、底吹磚壽命短、複吹率偏低等問題,採用快換底吹工藝,優化底吹流量。根據鋼種終點碳含量與碳氧積參數,建立動態模型,實現底吹流量的動態控製,有效降低瞭渣中氧化鐵含量、終點碳氧積,改善瞭底吹的冶金效果,提高瞭鋼水質量。

To solve the problems of 120 t top and bottom combined blown converter in Cheng Steel: short work life of bottom-blown brick, low combined blown rate, the fast-exchanging bottom-blown process is adopted to optimize bottom-blown flow amount.According to end-point carbon content and carbon-oxygen product of steel grades, a dynamic model is built, and then the dynamic control of bottom-blown flow is realized, the ferric oxidant content in slag and product of carbon content and oxygen content at blown end-point are effectively reduced, the metallurgical effect of bottom blown improved, the quality of molten steel improved.
