对唐钢炼铁厂4＃3200 m3高炉降料面操作实践进行了总结。采用空料线回收煤气、多种手段确定料面位置、雾化打水、顶温严格控制在250～300℃之间、合理安排出渣出铁等措施，将料面降到预定位置，对各项操作参数进行合理控制，保持炉况稳定顺行，延长了回收煤气时间，实现了降料面过程的快速、安全、环保。

It is concluded the measures in operation practice of lowering charge level in 3 200 m3 blast furnace 4#of Tang Steel:adopting empty charge line to recover gas, determining charge level with multi ways, at-omization pouring water, strictly controlling top temperature within 250 to 300, reasonably arranging slag tapping and blast furnace tapping.With reasonable control for various operation parameters, the charge level is lowered to the preset position, the furnace condition kept in steady, the gas recovering time prolonged, the whole process is fast, safe and of environment protection.
