介绍了钒铁冶炼过程中发生的化学反应、对钒铁炉渣物理性质的要求,分析了电硅热法冶炼钒铁炉渣碱度对钒收率、电量消耗、炉体寿命和渣包寿命的影响。通过试验,认为调整炉渣碱度在1.8~2.5,可以提高钒收率、炉体寿命、渣包寿命,降低电量消耗。
介紹瞭釩鐵冶煉過程中髮生的化學反應、對釩鐵爐渣物理性質的要求,分析瞭電硅熱法冶煉釩鐵爐渣堿度對釩收率、電量消耗、爐體壽命和渣包壽命的影響。通過試驗,認為調整爐渣堿度在1.8~2.5,可以提高釩收率、爐體壽命、渣包壽命,降低電量消耗。

It is introduced the chemical reaction in ferrovanadium smelting, the demand for the physical prop-erty of ferrovanadium slag, discussed the influence of slag basicity in ferrovanadium smelting with electro-silicothermic process on vanadium recovery rate, power consumption, furnace work life and slag ladle work life.It is considered from test that the slag basicity is adjusted to 1.8 to 2.5 can increase vanadium recovery rate, prolong the work life of furnace and slag ladle and reduce power consumption.
