窄断面薄规格冷轧板产生大量浪形降级品的原因,一是热轧原料鼓包带来的浪形难以在冷轧工序消除,二是辊端压靠现象降低了平整机改善边浪的能力。通过提高酸轧压下率、进行二次拉矫等措施,最大限度地减小了鼓包浪形。在平整机采用大凸度工作辊、延长罩退时间、降低平整延伸率后,有效减轻了平整时的辊端压靠现象,解决了冷轧板边浪难以消除的问题。

The reason for large quantity of wave-shape degradation products of narrow and thin cold rolling sheet is:first, the wave shape brought by bulge in hot rolled raw-material is difficulty to be eliminated in cold rolling;second, roll edge contact reduces the ability to improve the wave of temper mill.With meas-ures:raising reduction rate in pickling-rolling and conducting secondary stretcher-straightening, the bulge wave shape is minimized.With adopting big convexity work roll in temper mill, prolonging covered-annea-ling time, reducing tempering elongation, the roll edge contact is effectively lightened.With all of these the edge wave of cold rolling sheet is solved.
