礼仪是个人立足社会、成就事业、获得成功的基本条件，这对从事高职院校礼仪课程教学的教师，提出了更高的要求。作为礼仪教师在高职学生心目中的形象是好是坏，除了师德和学识之外，其职业形象对于高职学生具有更强烈的示范性与感染性，礼仪教师的职业形象是教师良好素质的外化，同时也是形成高职学生良好素质的动力。提出从“服饰、容貌、化妆、气质、风度、语言举止”等方面凝练礼仪教师职业形象，具有重要意义。

Etiquette is the basic condition that people are based on the social,career,success.For the teachers of teaching eti-quette course in higher vocational colleges,it puts forward higher requirements.Their image in the minds of students is good or bad,in addition to morality and knowledge,the occupation image with a demonstration and infected more strongly for the students.Not only does etiquette teacher occupation image be externalization of teachers'good quality ,but also the formation of students'motivation of good quality.From the "clothing,appearance,makeup,temperament,demeanor,language and behav-ior",and so on,concentrates etiquette teachers'occupation image.It is of great significance.
