近年来国家大力提倡“武术进校园”，而自卫防身术是教育部、国家体育总局力推的武术段位制进校园的重要项目之一。文章从现实需要出发，运用专家访谈、逻辑分析等研究方法，分析了在我国高校开展自卫防身术课程的必要性。研究结果表明，自卫防身术进入高校是现实需要的，更是切实可行的。

For the past few years, the state promotes Wushu into campus, self-defense is the most important project of Ministry of Education and the General Administration of Sport, which pushes the project to campus . Starting from the need of reality, through the methods of expert interview and logical analysis, the paper analyzes the necessity of colleges and universities to carry out the self-defense courses in China. The research results show that self-defense into college's reality is needed and feasible.
