面对与日俱增的油液产量,中海油天津分公司锦州9-3油田燃料锅炉已无法满足生产所需热能,需稳产创新促使油田突破瓶颈。辽东作业公司统筹规划,启动并实施透平废热回收利用项目,利用油田现有的3台 SOLAR透平发电机排出的高温尾气,增容油田热能系统的容量,实现安全高效生产和节能环保。

Facing the increasing oil production and the lagging behind fuel boiler capacity,Jinzhou 9-3 Oilfield at Tianjin branch company Co.,LTD of CNOOC makes a positive response to the call of the nation’s advocation of energy conserva-tion and emissions reduction to break through the bottleneck and promote the stable innovation and production of the oilfield.Liaodong operating company launched a turbine waste heat recycling project,using high temperature exhaust gas from the existing three SOLAR turbine generators to expand the heat capacity of the oilfield system and realized the safe and efficient production,energy conservation and environmental protection.
