为研究实际运行中的绝缘材料表面的积污行为,设计一套可模拟自然浮尘(雾霾)和高电压协同作用的设备,并在模拟雾霾条件下进行硅橡胶材料的积污实验.通过研究发现,直流高压下的粉尘颗粒由于受到电场定向作用力,会加速粉尘颗粒材料在硅橡胶表面的累积,并且在较高环境湿度下,电场产生的电加热会减少表面污秽颗粒的吸湿.
為研究實際運行中的絕緣材料錶麵的積汙行為,設計一套可模擬自然浮塵(霧霾)和高電壓協同作用的設備,併在模擬霧霾條件下進行硅橡膠材料的積汙實驗.通過研究髮現,直流高壓下的粉塵顆粒由于受到電場定嚮作用力,會加速粉塵顆粒材料在硅橡膠錶麵的纍積,併且在較高環境濕度下,電場產生的電加熱會減少錶麵汙穢顆粒的吸濕.

A set of equipment is designed to study the contamination behavior of insulating material surface in actual operation, which could simulate dust (haze) and high voltage simultaneously. In the simulated fog and haze condition, the contamination test of silicone rubber material is conducted. It is found through the research that the orientation force of the electric field would accelerate the accumulation of dust particles on the silicone rubber surface under the DC high voltage. And at high environment humidity, electrical heating generated from electric field would reduce the moisture absorption of contamination particles on the surface.
