十八大以来，我国的基层民主建设进入改革与发展的新时期。一方面，改革开放以来，我国基层民主建设取得了辉煌成绩；另一方面，在基层民主化过程中也出现了许多亟待解决的问题。面对新时期出现的众多难题，我们既要在实践中不断总结成功经验，又要与时俱进地摸索基层民主发展的新思路，为实现“两个一百年”的战略目标而努力。
十八大以來，我國的基層民主建設進入改革與髮展的新時期。一方麵，改革開放以來，我國基層民主建設取得瞭輝煌成績；另一方麵，在基層民主化過程中也齣現瞭許多亟待解決的問題。麵對新時期齣現的衆多難題，我們既要在實踐中不斷總結成功經驗，又要與時俱進地摸索基層民主髮展的新思路，為實現“兩箇一百年”的戰略目標而努力。
십팔대이래，아국적기층민주건설진입개혁여발전적신시기。일방면，개혁개방이래，아국기층민주건설취득료휘황성적；령일방면，재기층민주화과정중야출현료허다극대해결적문제。면대신시기출현적음다난제，아문기요재실천중불단총결성공경험，우요여시구진지모색기층민주발전적신사로，위실현“량개일백년”적전략목표이노력。
Since the Eighteenth National Congress, the construction of basic democracy in China entered the new period of reform and development. On the one hand, since the Reform and Opening-up, China's construction of grassroots democracy has made brilliant achievements. On the other hand, there are also many problems that need to be solved in the course of grassroots democratization. In the face of the numerous problems that appear in the new period, we should not only constantly sum up successful experience in practice, but also to keep pace with the times to explore the new ideas of the development of grassroots democracy, work for the realization of the strategic target of the“Two Centenary Goals”.
