系统基于稳定的3G通信技术,利用视频监控技术对超高压输电线路状态进行实时监测.监测主机利用OV511摄像头进行现场视频采集,同时以ZigBee网络将杆塔接地电阻、微气象等信息汇总起来.以S3C6410作为监测主机的微处理器,移植Linux-2.6.38作为嵌入操作系统,开发出视频采集程序.视频数据由监测主机编码压缩之后和其他信息数据通过3G通道上传到超高压输电线路状态在线监测监视中心.同时可通过内部网登录各种内部管理系统和调度自动化系统.

The system is based on a stable 3G communication technology and uses video surveillance technology for monitoring EHV transmission line status in real time. Monitoring host uses OV511 camera to capture live video, meanwhile, tower grounding resistance, micro-meteorological and other information are collected by ZigBee network. Monitoring host takes S3C6410 as the microprocessor, transplants Linux-2.6.38 as an embedded operating system and develops a video capture program. After being compressed by the monitoring host encoding, the video data and other information data are uploaded to the online monitoring center of EHV transmission line status through 3G channel. At the same time, a variety of internal management systems and dispatching automation system can be logged in via the intranet.
