论文基于学者已有的研究成果，归纳分析了资本市场分析评价指标体系和资本市场分析评价基本方法的研究进展，认为学者们提出的营运能力和成长能力的指标更能反映矿业资本市场运营状况，它们分别反映了矿业资本市场资源配置效率和整个矿业资本市场的成长状况。之后，依托WIND资讯金融数据库，筛选出157家矿业类上市公司，并对矿业上市公司的运营情况进行了分析。分析结果表明矿业上市公司的运营情况指标呈现出了明显的季节性特征。最后，论文就分析结论和研究过程中的问题，对我国矿业资本市场发展现状进行了简要评述。

Based on the existing research of scholars, the article concludes the research progress of the evaluation in-dex system and the evaluation method of capital markets, and argues that the operational capacity indicator and the growth capacity indicator can better demonstrate the operating status of mining capital market which reflect the effi-ciency of resource allocation and the growth status of the whole capital markets separately.Relying on the informa-tion on WIND financial database, the article selects 157 listed mining companies, and makes an analysis of the op-erating status of the listed mining companies.The result shows that the operating status indicators of the listed min-ing companies appears a clear seasonal pattern.Finally, according the conclusion and the problems in analysis process, the article makes a brief review of the development of mining capital market in China.
