建设内陆开放型经济试验区是宁夏面临的重大发展机遇。论文在分析宁夏内陆开放型经济发展现状和比较优势的基础上，从理论上探讨了内陆开放型经济的具体内涵、目标路径、动力机制并建立了内陆开放型经济的“双源五力”驱动模型，随后以宁夏为例说明了该模型的内涵及宁夏发展内陆开放型经济的战略步骤设想，最后又基于该模型给出了宁夏发展内陆开放型经济的政策建议。研究表明，与沿海及沿边地区单纯依靠内源或外源驱动的开放型经济发展模式不同，宁夏应采取内源与外源双源驱动的路径，将经济地理、政策因素、制度创新、要素流动和外部效应等五个驱动力结合起来，寻求经济集聚、经济增长与率先突破的战略框架、战略步骤与可能路径。

It is a great opportunity for Ningxia to build an Inland Open Economy.The paper firstly analyzed the cur-rent situation and comparative advantage in building the Inland Open Economy for Ningxia.Then discussed the spe-cific connotation, the target path and the dynamic mechanism.Also, it established a"double source and five pow-er"model for building an Inland Open Economy.Based on these theoretical analysis, the paper took Ningxia as an example and expounded the connotation and strategic steps for building an Inland Open Economy experimental zone in Ningxia.Finally, it puts forward the policy suggestions for Ningxia .Ist'insisted in this paper that different from the development model simply rely on internal or extraneous source in coastal areas and border areas, Ningxia should combine the internal and extraneous source together.Concretely,all of these driving force from internal and extraneous are economic geography, policy factors, institution innovation, factor mobility and external effects.By combining these factors, it will be obtained the strategic framework , strategic steps and possible path of economic agglomeration, economic growth and first breakthrough.
