民生财政作为一个独具中国特色的新兴词汇，近年来引起政府和各学界特别关注。我国的民生财政支出存在诸多困境。文章就国内学者对民生财政支出方面的最新研究进行了简要梳理，主要包括：对民生财政相关概念的定义阐释，我国民生财政支出的现状以及我国民生财政在支出方面存在的困境问题，并针对民生财政支出的困境提出了解决问题的对策建议。

As a new concept with Chinese characteristics,finance of people's livelihood has attracted much attention from both the government and the academic circles in recent years.There are many difficulties in financial expendi-ture of people's livelihood of china.This paper attempts to made a brief review of the latest research of domestic scholars on the people's livelihood financial expenditure , including:the finance of people's livelihood, the present situation of China's people's livelihood financial expenditure, the suggestions to solve the difficulties of people's live-lihood financial expenditure.
