随着船舶制造业的迅猛发展,矿石船舶宽度逐渐由35,m 增加至50,m,现有门机抓斗有效抓取半径已不能覆盖船舶舱口宽度。对40,t 多用途抓斗进行了研制,新型抓斗不仅解决了货物粘斗的问题,而且能够满足门机40,t满负荷作业的要求,可有效降低挖掘机下舱作业成本,同时提升了门机的电能利用率。
隨著船舶製造業的迅猛髮展,礦石船舶寬度逐漸由35,m 增加至50,m,現有門機抓鬥有效抓取半徑已不能覆蓋船舶艙口寬度。對40,t 多用途抓鬥進行瞭研製,新型抓鬥不僅解決瞭貨物粘鬥的問題,而且能夠滿足門機40,t滿負荷作業的要求,可有效降低挖掘機下艙作業成本,同時提升瞭門機的電能利用率。

Following the rapid development of ship manufacturing,the width of ore carriers has increased from 35,m to 50,m and as a result,capture range of current portal crane grab buckets fails to cover the hatch width.This paper studies a 40,t multipurpose grab bucket.The new bucket not only solves the problem of goods sticking,but also meets the require-ments of the 40,t full load operation by portal cranes.Besides,it effectively reduces the excavator’s cost of underdeck op-eration and improves the utilization rate of electrical energy of the cranes.
