将膜分离技术与联碱生产进行结合,选择孔径为1,μm 的陶瓷膜分离母Ⅱ液中的钙、镁等水不溶物。利用生产系统中的热 AⅠ对膜进行反洗,反洗废液返回制铵工序,将分离掉的水不溶物随产品农铵带出生产系统。该方法在高效去除水不溶物,降低浊度的同时,巧妙地解决了母液平衡及水不溶物的出路问题。
將膜分離技術與聯堿生產進行結閤,選擇孔徑為1,μm 的陶瓷膜分離母Ⅱ液中的鈣、鎂等水不溶物。利用生產繫統中的熱 AⅠ對膜進行反洗,反洗廢液返迴製銨工序,將分離掉的水不溶物隨產品農銨帶齣生產繫統。該方法在高效去除水不溶物,降低濁度的同時,巧妙地解決瞭母液平衡及水不溶物的齣路問題。

Membrane separation technology was combined with the production process of Joint Soda.A pore size of 1,μm ceramic membrane was chosen to separate water insolubles such as calcium and magnesium from mother liquorⅡ.The hot AⅠwas used to backwash the membrane,and backwash waste was then returned to the ammonium synthesis system.This method can not only remove the water insolubles and efficiently reduce turbidity but also solve the problems of liquor bal-ance and the outlet of water insolubles.
