现行?公路钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土桥涵设计规范? JTG D62—2004与旧规范JTJ023—85在混凝土强度的取值原则上产生了较大变化,在对老规范设计的桥梁按照新规范进行评估或加固时,必须进行强度换算。文章解读了新旧2种规范,总结了旧规范混凝土标号换算为新规范混凝土强度等级的方法。强度等级是由立方体抗压强度标准值确定的,而设计中所用的强度为棱柱体抗压(拉)强度,因此根据立方体抗压强度与棱柱体抗压(拉)强度之间的关系,提出棱柱体抗压(拉)强度换算的2种方法。在此基础上用一实例给出具体换算过程。文章对旧规范设计的桥梁按照新规范评估或加固提供了一定的参考。

The principle for determining concrete strength of the current Design code of reinforced and prestressed concrete for highway bridges JTG D62—2004 has changed compared with the former one JTJ023—85. When the bridge designed by old codes need to be assessed or reinforced, the concrete strength must be conversed. This paper summarizes the method to converse concrete mark of the former code to concrete strength grade of the current code. The concrete strength grade is determined by cubic compressive strength, but we use prism compressive strength to design. According to the relationship between cubic compressive strength and prism compressive strength, two conversion ways were given. On this basis,an example is given to demonstrate the detail conversion. This paper will provide a reference on the bridges which would be assessed or reinforced with current code.
