农业和农业科研具有显著的实践性和区域性特征,与其他科研领域相比,农业科研更加离开不试验基地的支撑.文章通过分析中国农业科学院试验基地的现状及存在问题,调研借鉴中国科学院野外台站建设和管理的有关经验,从加强规划论证、加大资金投入、健全管理体制机制和加强运行管理等方面对如何加强试验基地工作提出了建议,以期为科研院校试验基地建设和管理工作提供参考和借鉴.

Agriculture and agricultural research has significant practical and regional features. Compared with other research areas, agricultural scientific research are particularly dependent on experiment bases. Based on analysis of current status and existing problems of Experimental Bases of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and draw on experience in construction and management of outdoor experimental stations of Chinese Academy of Sciences, suggestions on how to strengthen management of experimental bases were put forward form such aspects as strengthening review of planning, adding financial input, perfecting managing mechanism, and strengthening monitor of operation. These will provide some references to the construction and management of experiment bases in universities and institutes.
