以拉杆螺纹为研究对象,分析了拉杆受轴向拉力时螺纹的剪切强度、弯曲强度及抗拉强度。将理论分析与数值计算结果进行对比,区分理论分析与数值计算结果间的差异性。依照原模型应力状态设计了新型拉杆螺母,运用新型螺母能有效提高啮合时螺纹牙受力圈数并改善拉杆受力状态,同时得出了拉杆设计时安全系数 n s =2.5~7的理论依据。
以拉桿螺紋為研究對象,分析瞭拉桿受軸嚮拉力時螺紋的剪切彊度、彎麯彊度及抗拉彊度。將理論分析與數值計算結果進行對比,區分理論分析與數值計算結果間的差異性。依照原模型應力狀態設計瞭新型拉桿螺母,運用新型螺母能有效提高齧閤時螺紋牙受力圈數併改善拉桿受力狀態,同時得齣瞭拉桿設計時安全繫數 n s =2.5~7的理論依據。

Threaded of drawbars is the main object of research,we analyze the thread shear strength,flexural strength and tensile strength when drawbars is subjected to axial tension.The theoretical analysis is compared with numerical results to get the difference between them.A new type of nuts is designed by stress state of original model.Application of new nut can increase the number of turns of thread force and improve the stress state of drawbars.Finally we find the safety factor n s =2.5~7 in theoretical of drawbars design.
