陈四楼煤矿在治理瓦斯过程中,主要采用顺层钻孔抽采和浅孔抽采的措施治理工作面瓦斯,但对于何时选择何种措施并没有给出定量指标,容易造成措施不当引发事故. 通过分析工作面瓦斯涌出特点,利用控制图原理,提出采用控制图法评价顺层钻孔和浅孔抽采措施治理瓦斯的有效性,根据不同的评价结果选择合理的瓦斯治理措施,效果良好.

In Chensilou Coal Mine, the measures of gas drainage with both boreholes along seam and shallow boreholes are mainly taken for gas control in the working face. However, the quantitative indicators do not given for when choose the measures and what kind of measures to be chosen, which is easy to cause accidents due to improper measures. In this paper, the control chart method was proposed and used to evaluate the gas control effectiveness in the working face by gas drainage with both boreholes along seam and shallow boreholes through analyzing the gas emission characteristics in the working face and using the theory of control chart, reasonable gas control measures were chosen according to different evaluation results, and good results were achieved.
