this article introduces explosion performance changes of emulsion explosives in storage produced by different charg ing methods and packing materials. Besides, it analyses the influence of different manufacturing modes on the product st orage life and emphatically analyses the high temperature chemical foaming technology in actual utilization in the continuou s and automatic emulsion explosive line. Furthermore, it compares the technology of German poly-clip automatic filling syste m with that of American Tipper Tie package machine. Byanalyzing the comparison result, a conclusion is arrived that co mbining the high temperature chemical foaming technology with that of American Tipper Tie package machine is the more ideal way in storage.
