The paper mainly discusses the LTE network overlay coverage matrix and PCI Mod 3 interference assessment,and proposes an algorithm of PCI plan and optimization based on MRR data and Drive Test data.Compared with the traditional PCI plan method based on the transmission model,the accuracy of this method is high,and it can accurately evaluate and eliminate PCI Mod 3 interference,and the economic and social benefi ts are notable.
