构建森林公园解说系统评价体系,以管涔山国家森林公园为例,利用调查问卷数据和访谈资料,分析了游客对管涔山国家森林公园解说系统质量的感知程度。结果显示:游客对导游讲解质量总体感知较好;对标识牌设计和游客中心服务质量感知一般;而对信息资料制作质量感知较为负面,其中对信息资料设计与价位负面感知最为严重。因此,建议提高导游讲解质量,加强游客旅游体验度;强化标识牌的设计功能,提高游客对公园的认识度;制作高质量的旅游资料,满足游客期望;针对游客心理诉求,提升旅游服务的“软件”,提高游客满意度等。
構建森林公園解說繫統評價體繫,以管涔山國傢森林公園為例,利用調查問捲數據和訪談資料,分析瞭遊客對管涔山國傢森林公園解說繫統質量的感知程度。結果顯示:遊客對導遊講解質量總體感知較好;對標識牌設計和遊客中心服務質量感知一般;而對信息資料製作質量感知較為負麵,其中對信息資料設計與價位負麵感知最為嚴重。因此,建議提高導遊講解質量,加彊遊客旅遊體驗度;彊化標識牌的設計功能,提高遊客對公園的認識度;製作高質量的旅遊資料,滿足遊客期望;針對遊客心理訴求,提升旅遊服務的“軟件”,提高遊客滿意度等。

The paper constructed the interpretation evaluation system of the forest park and analyzed the perception level of the interpretation system quality of the Mount Guancen National Forest Park on tourist using by questionnaires survey and interviews data. The results of this study were as follows. Firstly, tourist held the better attitude to the tour guide explanation of the Mount Guancen. Secondly, tourist held an attitude in general to the signs design and tourist service center of the Mount Guancen. Thirdly, the attitude of tourist to the information design was lowest, among that negative attitude to the price level and the design of the information were most serious. Based on the results, some manage ̄ment implications were put forward such as strengthening tourist experience by means of improving the tour guides explain quality, improving the degree of awareness of park visitors through strengthening the function of design of signage, meeting the expectation of the tourist using by producing the tourism information quality, improving the satisfaction of tourist using by promoting tourism services based on tourist psychological demands and so on.
