通过对油田现场压力容器的使用情况进行跟踪调查，总结了引起油田业主投诉的5个方面原因，分别是原材料质量问题、图样设计问题、外观质量问题、重点工序制造质量问题和其他质量问题。用排列图分析法对5个因素进行分析，外观质量问题和重点工序制造质量问题是油田现场验收和使用发生问题的主要因素。针对该结果，提出了重视外观质量和全面引入第三方监理的建议。

Tracking survey through the use of pressure container in the oil field,sum up the five reasons caused by oil field owner complaints,and the reason are the raw material quality problem,drawing design problem,manufacturing prob-lem,important process manufacturing quality problem and other probcem.The five factors are analyzed by Pareto diagram analysis method,the appearance quality and important process manufacturing quality problem are the main factors of the ac-ceptance and use in the oil field.According to the results,put forwards the suggestions of the attention to appearance quali-ty and the comprehensive introduction of the third party supervision.
