本文论述了硅系延期药的反应机理以及锆粉参与反应的机理,通过试验证明:在硅系延期药中添加锆粉,可有效提高硅系延期药的燃烧速度、延时精度和延期时间贮存稳定性.为解决采用硅系延期药延时的工业雷管的秒量漂移、串段问题提供了一个技术途径.

This paper discusses the chemical reaction mechanism of Silicon delay composition and with zirconium powder. And the experiment proves that deflagration velocity, delay-time precision and storage stability of delay-time of theSilicon delay composition can be improved effectively, when zirconium powder adds to the Silicon delay composition. Therefore, it provides a technical way for solving the problems on detonators containing Silicon delay composition, such as second magnitude drift and irregularity.
